4-6 weeks, depending on material availability.
Need it faster? We can expidite—just let us know and we will send you that information.
Do I have to come to the shop to get measured?
Not always, but it is preferred to ensure we get exact measurements.
do you offer hats for purchase in your shop that aren't custom?
Yes, we offer a variety of hats in-store.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship custom hats. Check out our shipping information here.
We do not ship hats that we carry in-store.
Can you incorporate fabric or other sentimental materials into my custom hat?
Absolutely! We are all about this. Let us know what you would like incorporated and we will work our magic.

will you tell me how to take care of my new hat?
Of course!
Each order will come with care instructions. As a general rule of thumb: do not store in hot car, keep in a dry place (they can get wet but aren’t fully waterproof, so try not to let them soak), and don’t store them in places where they will get smashed and lose their shape.
